Charitable Hops Board Members

Mary Tylicki

Chairwoman

Mary holds a degree in Occupational Therapy from Mount Mary University. She moved to Lake Country in 2005 where she and her husband started their family. Mary runs a busy household, volunteers, and is an advocate for neruo-diversity and full inclusion in our community. She enjoys the opportunity that Charitable Hops affords her to further develop her administrative leadership skills, while giving back to the community her family calls home.

Dana Hartmann

Board Member

Dana moved to Oconomowoc in 1990. She went to the University of Wisconsin–Madison and received her degree in graphic design. She worked in Illinois, Washington, and Massachusetts before moving back home to enjoy life closer to family. She currently lives in Sun Prairie with her husband, son, and daughter, yet they are still deeply rooted in the Lake Country community. Dana brings her artistic touch and flare for organizing data to Charitable Hops, and loves being a part of a group helping to raise resources, revenue, and recognition to so many local causes.

Lisa Hayes

Pre-kids, Lisa enjoyed traveling the world with her husband, Erik, and a demanding career as an investment banker on Wall Street. Lisa and her husband moved back to Wisconsin where they enjoy the Midwestern lifestyle as they raise their two kids. You can see Lisa swimming across Lac La Belle in the summer or riding her bicycle down the rolling hills of Waukesha, Jefferson and Dodge counties as she is an accomplished triathlete. Besides her family and many fulfilling volunteer roles, one of Lisa’s biggest prides in life is her amazing chocolate chip cookies. She is an alumna from the University of Illinois and holds an MBA degree from Columbia University. Lisa’s corporate business skills have helped implement Charitable Hop’s LLC infrastructure and continue for the annual betterment of Charitable Hops.


Erin Hemmerling

Board Member

Hailing from Chicagoland, Erin and her husband enjoy raising their family in the Dairyland. They moved to Oconomowoc in 2006 and feel fortunate to call this community home. Erin earned her business degree from Roosevelt University in Chicago and currently volunteers at school while juggling many other hats. As a former accounting manager at a direct marketing firm, she offers Charitable Hops a broad vision of how an organization is run and has evolved processes throughout the years.

Jennifer Korhorn

Board Member

Jenny grew up in the suburbs of Northern Illinois but her and her husband and two grown sons have called Wisconsin home since 1999. She loves cooking for people in addition to photography and scrapbooking. She has volunteered with several non-profits and helped with fundraising events throughout her sons’ time in school. Her creativity and passion for service make her a key part of our team.

Stephanie Kopydlowski

Board Member

Stephanie grew up in Oconomowoc and continues her family connection raising her three boys here. She has a passion for cooking and sharing her food as a form of love with her friend and family. She previously ran her own successful business as a personal chef and is currently the Banquet Manager at Revere's Wells Street Tavern. Her innovative problem solving and entrepreneurial thinking keeps us moving forward. Stephanie is passionate about service to others and loves to do that through Charitable Hops.
